Privacy policy

What we collect

• Email — when you join the founding list or subscribe, so we can send presale and drop updates.
• Order & contact details — your name, email, shipping address, and phone are collected at checkout (through Stripe) and via the contact form, to process and ship your order and reply to you.
• Payment details — entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage analytics — first-party only: a random visitor id and session id stored in your browser's localStorage, the pages you view, referral source, and a few events (add-to-cart, checkout, subscribe). No name, no cross-site tracking, no third-party ad pixels. We honor "Do Not Track."

How we use it

To fulfill and ship orders, send updates you asked for, respond to support, prevent fraud, and understand which pages and campaigns work so we can improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Railway (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service. We disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & storage

We use your browser's localStorage to keep your cart and a random analytics id, and a signed cookie only for store-admin login. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices & rights

Unsubscribe from any email using its link. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including rights under GDPR and the CCPA — by emailing us via the contact page. Clearing your browser storage resets your analytics id and cart.

Data retention & children

We keep order records as needed for accounting and support, and analytics in aggregate. The store isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
