Presale cancellations
Because presale orders haven't shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships — no reason needed. Just reply to your confirmation email.
After they arrive
Not the right fit? Start a return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene, we can only accept returns of unworn pairs in original packaging — but a genuine comfort issue is always covered by the guarantee above, worn or not.
