Who we are
socks.runfinders.com is operated by RunFinders. "You" means the customer. Contact us any time via the contact page.
This is a presale
Orders placed now are pre-orders. You reserve your pairs at founding prices and the first production run ships by September 30, 2026. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by contacting us. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we will refund you in full.
Product images & descriptions
Product images shown during the presale are pre-production renders, labeled as such. The final manufactured product is made to the published specification and may vary slightly in color, texture, or detail. We aim to describe every product accurately but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are in USD and shown before checkout, including any bundle discount and shipping. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; placing an order authorizes that charge.

Product claims
Our socks are designed to help reduce friction and manage moisture. They are apparel, not a medical device, and we make no claim to prevent, treat, or cure any medical condition. Individual comfort varies by foot, footwear, and activity.
Intellectual property
The RunFinders name, logo, site content, and images are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
The store and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RunFinders operates. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
